Welcome to IFIXIT Listing Services ("IFIXIT," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting services, submitting information through our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
IFIXIT Listing Services provides property-related services within Arkansas, including but not limited to:
-Repairs
-Deferred Maintenance
-Cleaning Services
-Lawn Care Services
-Interior Painting

Some services may be performed directly by IFIXIT personnel, while others may be completed by qualified independent contractors or subcontractors engaged by IFIXIT.

2. Estimates
All estimates provided by IFIXIT are free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Written estimates are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date issued.

Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Additional work, materials, labor, hidden damage, code-related requirements, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project may result in additional charges. Any material changes to the scope of work will be communicated to the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

3. Deposits
Projects exceeding $500 may require a deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) before work is scheduled or materials are purchased.

Deposits are applied toward the final project balance.

4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services.

Customers who pay according to the agreed payment terms may qualify for available discounts, including any advertised pay-upon-completion discounts.

IFIXIT may, at its discretion, offer in-house payment arrangements for qualifying customers.

Approval, terms, and availability of payment plans are determined solely by IFIXIT.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services, collection efforts, or legal action.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
-Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
-Disclose known issues that may impact the project.
-Secure pets and occupants as necessary during service.
-Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas when appropriate.
-Ensure utilities required for service completion are available and operational.

IFIXIT is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, weather, utility interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Workmanship Warranty
IFIXIT provides a limited workmanship warranty of thirty (30) days from the date of project completion.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship under normal use and conditions.This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear
Customer-caused damage
-Damage caused by third parties
-Weather-related damage
-Structural movement
-Manufacturer defects-
Pre-existing conditions
-Lack of maintenance

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer and are not provided by IFIXIT.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFIXIT's liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall IFIXIT be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of rental income, loss of business opportunities, or similar claims.

8. Website Information
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, descriptions, service availability, or project information is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without notice.

9. Website Forms and Service Requests
Submitting a contact form, estimate request, service request, photo, document, or other information through our website does not create a contract and does not guarantee service availability.

Form submissions are considered requests for information, consultation, estimates, or contact.

A binding agreement is formed only when both parties agree to a specific scope of work and project terms.

10. User-Submitted Content
Customers may submit photographs, documents, project information, and other materials through our website.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide such content and grant IFIXIT a non-exclusive right to review, store, and use submitted materials for purposes related to estimating, project management, customer service, and business operations.

11. Project Photography
IFIXIT may photograph projects before, during, and after completion for documentation, quality control, training, portfolio, marketing, advertising, website content, and promotional purposes.

Customers may opt out of marketing use of project photography by providing written notice before project completion.

IFIXIT will make reasonable efforts to honor all opt-out requests.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, text, photographs, project descriptions, designs, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of IFIXIT Listing Services unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or services provided by IFIXIT shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Arkansas

Both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms
IFIXIT reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting to this website.Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
